We spent 4 nights in deluxe king room with a double bed. We enjoyed the modern. The location very close to the Guglie boat stop for the Arancia airport boat line was perfect for us.

There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was cheap. The location was good and fantastic, and we could reach a national gallery by walking. Thanks to a friendly service we had a very nice stay.

My deluxe quadruple room was air conditioned. Private bathroom was reasonably good. The staff were very friendly, doing great job. The hotel was in a comfortable location really close to Venice due to the amount of streets and alleys, which is very strategically located at a 5/7 mnt walk frm St Lucia station, and the trainstation and a short walk from Restaurants and a vaporetto stop. Also, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from a wide canal.

Gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable accommodation. Friendly check in and exceptional service overall. Marvellous and incredible spot next to train station and good restaurants, the center, the train station and the principal atractions of the city, such as Plaza San Marcos, and the Bridge of Rialto and many restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to a historic Jewish quarter.

We have to thank nice and courteous staff for a really great stay. Make sure you stay in the deluxe triple room with good space for bags. Stunning location close to close to train, San Marco square and the railway station, it's very central. Cannaregio district deserves to be explored. At the downstairs bar they serve cheap food and drinks.
The bathrooms are so small.
